Control does not exist in Nature. At the highest level, every event is happening for a purpose and all unfolds through cooperation and co-creation.

This is also the truth for all aspects of life. We play out our experiences through relationships.

The energy of children is very pure. If you observe them they often listen and respond to the messages from their bodies moment to moment. When they are angry they yell, when they are sad they cry, when they are happy they dance and sing. When they are hungry they ask for food and when they are tired they sleep. At some point we start to ignore and deny this pure expression of our inner self.

Practicing meditation with your children is a powerful way to connect and support healing. With extended time at home, we need this more than ever! The key is to be creative and flexible. Depending on the energy of the moment, you can call upon different techniques.

After a 13-year immersion in Chinese Medicine and Qigong, I was called to completely dissolve the structure of my acupuncture and teaching practice on 2/14/2022. The message I received was “Create Space.” As I cleared space, a new message arose through the awakening of my Spirit’s creativity.
