Quantum Relationship: Co-Operation and Co-Creation

Control does not exist in Nature.  At the highest level, every event is happening for a purpose and all unfolds through co-operation and co-creation.

This is also the truth for all aspects of life.  We play out our experiences through relationships.

Our Mind and Body

“The body NEVER lies.”  Grand Master Nan Lu

Our body continuously sends us messages through physical and emotional signs and symptoms.  These are meant to awaken us and reveal what shifts in life and lifestyle are required for healing.

These messages begin at a very subtle energetic level; however, if we are not able to recognize them they will create a pattern of stagnation that can lead to imbalance, function disorders, and even a condition diagnosable at the visible level.

On the path to co-operation with our own self, we must first begin to trust the body and its healing processes.  Our visible show of symptoms is the work of an artist.  Much like a musician works with frequency, a painter color, and a writer words.  Our “masterpiece” reveals our story.

With this developing foundation of trust, we then begin the practice of attunement.

Through attunement, we connect into the energy of the body so we can see, feel, hear the messages as they unfold moment to moment.  Attunement is any practice that aligns you to the body’s energy fields such as Qigong energy exercises, breathing, yoga, meditation.

Intense emotional energy can block our ability to read our own messages with clarity.  When emotions are storming, one can tap into their power through a practice such as Taoist Emotional Cleansing.

Each of us intuitively understand our body’s messages; however, we have lost the key to unlocking this wisdom.  The framework of Five Element Consciousness was developed by ancient Chinese masters who were able to recognize, through deep meditation, the connections between all organs and tissues of the body, emotions, Nature, and even healing foods.  Studying this framework as a practice, is a path to unlocking the intuitive wisdom within.

Our Family

At the highest level, we have a Spiritual contract with our parents, our partner, and our children.  We have chosen each other to unfold our life lessons in intimate relationship.

Many of us chose Spiritually challenging relationships with our parents.  One of the common themes played out from many angles is the disconnect from the inherent truth of life itself.

We ARE unconditional love.  We ARE children of the Universe.  Our existence alone proves this.  There is NOTHING and NO ONE that can take that away.

As we journey beyond childhood to return to the inherent truth of our worthy place in the Universe, we will continue to play out our challenges through relationships with our partners and our children.

How we play out these challenges is up to us!  The challenges are here for a purpose, they are here for GOOD!

We can embrace these opportunities to awaken our creativity, compassion, flexibility, and tenderness.

We can also embrace these opportunities to practice knowing when and how it is time to let go.    Letting go, not from a place of anger and frustration, but from conscious and compassionate empowerment.

To live at this conscious level of connection requires attunement and practice to clear the intensity of emotions that can create road blocks to intimacy.  Again, all relationship begins at our relationship to OURSELF.

Humanity

The pandemic reveals to us the undeniable truth of oneness of all of humanity.  As we witness the unfolding of this experience, we can feel helpless, hopeless, and desperate to support our fellow humans.

As we are connected through the pandemic, we are also connected through our consciousness.  If we wish to empower all of humanity, we must empower ourselves.  Shifting consciousness from fear, worry, frustration/anger to faith, compassion, creativity, and love, is the key to this transformation.

This high-level practice requires attunement with energy exercises such as Qigong, clearing emotions, and building a foundation of understanding and connection through Five Element Consciousness.

Nature

The pandemic also reveals to us the extent of our disconnect from Nature and awakens us to heal this relationship.  Nature is continuously showing us how to follow the flow of Natural law.  When we oppose natural law, all of life becomes out of balance.  Every organ system in our body shares a frequency with a season.  The seasonal connection reveals the higher level function and Spirit of that organ system.

Spring/Liver/Gallbladder: Time to break through, grow, transform, creatively express, take action

Summer/Heart/Small Intestine: Time to rest, play, peace out, and enjoy the results of Spring’s creative expression (even if it is not as productive as last Spring!)

Late Summer/Stomach/Spleen: Time for harvest, a celebration of Earth’s bounty

Fall/Lung/Large Intestine: Time to turn in, sort/refine, let go

Winter/Kidney/Bladder: Time for deep rest, conservation, quiet reflection

Most of us live life as if we are in a constant state of Spring creation, which depletes humanity and the resources of Earth.  To restore this balance we must attune ourselves to Nature through energy exercises such as Qigong, clear emotions, and awaken our understanding to the connections revealed through Five Element Consciousness.

Our Spirit

We are Spirit embodied.  Our unique Spirit desires to be expressed through all aspects of our life.  When we align with Spirit, we feel ALIVE, fearless, unstoppable, and creative.  When we are not aligned, we feel STUCK, disconnected, and blocked, like we are not fully alive.

We require the body and mind to support alignment with Spirit.  The physical and emotional symptoms that arise, are messages sent from Spirit as a guide.  Five Element Consciousness provides a framework for understanding and responding to these messages.  The more these concepts are practiced, the more integrated and intuitive they become.  It is an infinite journey of expansion!

Attunement to self through Qigong energy exercises, breathing, yoga, and meditation also supports alignment to Spirit.  As our unique Spirit is highly intuitive and desperate to show itself, it will speak to us continuously.  Trust the intuitive messages you receive.  These could relate to your work, your attunement practice, relationships, or even your day to day routine.  The more you trust these messages, the more they will come!

There are many resources from many different angles that can help you to see how your Spirit desires to show up in the world, but truly the most important resource is your own intuitive guidance!

Two beautiful films that embody this concept are Kung Fu Panda and Kung Fu Panda 3 (really!).  In the original, an unlikely warrior is born because fate aligns and he becomes empowered by believing in himself and his purpose.  In the third, this same warrior is being called to lead and awaken the healing power of Qi.

From the Chinese framework, every year aligns with a different animal and element.  This animal and element reveals the frequency and Spirit of everything on the planet, including each child born in that year.  If you wish to learn more, please visit or check out this resource.

SPIRIT

The pandemic is challenging all of us at a level most of us have never experienced.  And we must meet this challenge to heal.  To do so, we must go to the level of Spirit.  The pandemic is here for a higher purpose for ALL of us.  Open your beliefs to this possibility and it will reveal itself to you!  In addition, practicing the meditative Qigong pose “The Dragon Stands Between Heaven and Earth” will help you build energy and support you to taking your practice to the level of Spirit.  In Chinese culture, the Dragon represents absolute fearlessness, mystery, and the power to break through ANYTHING!  When you stand in this powerful pose, it is like you are plugging yourself in or opening up for an update.

Begin by standing with your feet hip distance apart.  Raise the hands to chest level and point your thumbs at each other in a loose fist.  Draw your hands back to the chest, maintaining the position.  Now, allow the elbows to relax so that it also relaxes the shoulders and neck.  Not horizontal and not dropped fully to the sides.  Feel that sweet spot in between.  Bend your knees slightly and close your eyes.  You can practice with or without music/meditation and in or outdoors.  Allow your breathing to be natural.  If balance is an issue you can open your eyes or stand against a wall or a piece of furniture.

The longer you hold the pose, the more benefit and energy you will receive.  Start with 5 minutes and push yourself to hold the pose continuously for 15, 20, 30 minutes and beyond!  Learn more about Dragon’s Way Qigong.

BREATHE

Where to begin?  First, take a deep breath.  And now another.  Now move your focus to your navel.  When you breathe in, draw the belly in.  When you breathe out, push your belly out.  The navel is a Spirit Gate.  This magical button connects you to your genetic line as well as to a time when you were in perfect alignment, in utero, with all of Nature.  Begin this practice daily, especially before sleep and upon awakening.  You can use your mind to intentionally envision a loving connection between you, your loved ones, and all of Nature.  Over time the practice will become a natural healing habit.  Click the link below to hear more on this powerful Spirit Gate from Grand Master Nan Lu of The Tao of Healing.
