Season of Transformation
After a 13-year immersion in Chinese Medicine and Qigong, I was called to completely dissolve the structure of my acupuncture and teaching practice on 2/14/2022. The message I received was “Create Space.” As I cleared space, a new message arose through the awakening of my Spirit’s creativity.

Men’s Health
According to Chinese Medicine, most functional symptoms are rooted in the Kidney/Bladder for men.
The Kidney/Bladder is the reservoir of Life Force energy. This is the energy passed on from your parents. The quality and quantity of the Kidney/Bladder energy depend upon what was received and how you expend this energy in daily life. This energy peaks around 16 during puberty and steps down in 8-year cycles until the age of 64. This is the time when, if balance/harmony have not been maintained, you may see signs of “manopause."
Eating for Healing
Eating for healing is opening you to an entirely new relationship with food. Often when we eat we do so out of habit, to soothe emotions or stress, or according to beliefs about what is “good” or “bad.” When you connect to food is it at the level of your mind, your body, or your Spirit? With awareness and practice you can elevate eating to the level of your intuitive Spirit!
Chinese medicine for women’s FERTILITY
In Chinese Medicine, the menstrual cycle is known as the Moon cycle. When you look at the hormones and how they wax and wane, you can see how we are indeed a mirror of the moon! In turn, the lining of our uterus waxes and releases at menses.

Chinese medicine for Menopause
In Chinese culture, they do not refer to the term menopause. They consider this transition to be an energetic opportunity to awaken to a new level of aliveness. Prior to menopause, many women have a significant focus of their energy on the creativity of the uterus and raising children. After menopause, if an adequate level of balance and harmony are present, this energy is opened up to new possibilities: a “second Spring.”
Chinese medicine for Breast Health
Ancient traditions have long recognized and modern science has confirmed that EVERYTHING is energy. Modern science has also discovered that energy and mass are interchangeable, therefore all breast conditions such as calcifications, cysts, and tumors can be viewed as energy transformed into mass.
