Healing Stories: Nancy’s Story. “Trust Your Gut!”

Today I am sharing with you an amazing healing journey from my client Clare. She initially came to me admitting to maintaining a very busy lifestyle, rarely even allowing herself time to sit for a meal. She had many issues as many of my clients do, such as digestive issues, fatigue, scattered thinking, left knee pain, and occasional right foot pain on the lateral aspect of the dorsum (site of bone spur surgery many years ago).

Our mind is a powerful gift. Through our mind, we create beliefs, interpret emotions, and interpret our life/bodily experience.

Our mind includes both the rational and intuitive. Our intuitive mind is also often known as our Heart, Spirit, or Gut feeling.

Control does not exist in Nature. At the highest level, every event is happening for a purpose and all unfolds through cooperation and co-creation.

This is also the truth for all aspects of life. We play out our experiences through relationships.

1/22/23 we welcome the year of the Water Rabbit. As Tiger returns to her den, Rabbit awakens from her slumber to bring her unique Spirit to the year ahead!

After a 13-year immersion in Chinese Medicine and Qigong, I was called to completely dissolve the structure of my acupuncture and teaching practice on 2/14/2022. The message I received was “Create Space.” As I cleared space, a new message arose through the awakening of my Spirit’s creativity.

Practicing the meditative Qigong pose “The Dragon Stands Between Heaven and Earth” will help you build energy and support you in taking your practice to the level of Body, Mind, & Spirit.

I have been blessed to experience the work in sacred intimacy of Londin Angel Winters and Justin Patrick Pierce. Personal relationships are the playground for our most intense spiritual work. Our partner, if we are open, can see the full us. Allowing ourselves to be fully seen and experienced is both deeply fulfilling and equally terrifying.
